1. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website, browsing the galleries, creating an account, or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. About the service

This site is an artist portfolio and online teaching platform run by Ion Peia ("we," "us," "the studio"). It includes public galleries of artwork, and a set of drawing and painting courses, some free and some paid, available to signed-in account holders.

Artist Gaze is a trading name of CreativeLupus LTD, the company that owns and operates this site and processes course payments. That's our registered legal entity, used for banking, tax, and compliance purposes: your receipts, card statements, and everything you see while browsing or at checkout will read "Artist Gaze."

3. Accounts

Course access requires an account, created with your email address via a magic sign-in link. You're responsible for keeping access to that email address secure: anyone who can open your email can sign in as you.

4. Course access and license

When you gain access to a course (free or paid), we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to view it for your own learning. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly rebroadcast, or share course video content or materials (including downloadable assignments) with anyone outside your own account.

5. Payments and pricing

Paid courses are a one-time purchase, processed securely by Stripe. We don't receive or store your card details: Stripe handles that directly. Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change over time; a price change never affects a course you've already purchased.

6. Refunds

You can request a refund on a paid course you own from its "Request a refund" link on your dashboard, within 14 days of purchase. Submitting a request notifies us: it isn't processed automatically. Once a refund is approved and issued through Stripe, that course's access is removed from your account.

7. Intellectual property

All artwork, course videos, lesson materials, and site content are the property of Ion Peia unless otherwise noted, and are protected by copyright. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of that work to you.

8. Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to access paid content you haven't purchased.
• Don't share your account or course access with others.
• Don't use the site in a way that disrupts it for other visitors.

9. Changes to the service or these terms

We may update courses, pricing, or these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Limitation of liability

The site and its courses are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site.
